Returns & Exchanges

At Olive & Piper, we want you to love your new pieces, so we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain products like earrings may be subject to specific return conditions.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original jewelry boxes and place them in a shipping mailer to ensure they arrive safely.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
